Monthly Client Memberships

As a company we offer 3 different monthly memberships to support you as a business. Do you want the peace of mind of being able to pick up the phone to a familiar voice and know that you should have someone there if needed. Having your business run like clockwork daily can seem daunting and there will always be hurdles and things thrown at you that you will need to overcome. We can help be that voice of reason and support to allow you to keep thriving as a business, and know you have someone in your corner helping you to get things moving and fixed.

PROCESS

Get in touch to book an 30mins consultation (cost is £10) to discuss your business needs and hopefully start the journey together. Please note that no businesses are considered for partnership/work without having a consultation prior as this is necessary and beneficial for both parties.

BASIC MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Price: £250 per month (subject to VAT)

Reduced rate on all services (other than memberships) including recruitment fees!
Quarterly Staff Surveys – analyse and present results
Dedicated client only mobile number given for support

PREMIUM PLUS MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Price: £1850 per month (subject to VAT)

This service will be available as of August 2026 after completion of Associate Diploma in People Management Level 5, CIPD.

Reduced rate on all services (other than memberships) including recruitment fees!
Quarterly Staff Surveys – analyse and present results
Non-Executive Ops Director Monthly Meeting (NED) and support
Dedicated client only mobile number given for support
Extra Hours service – 1.5 hours a day extra opening times for you (excludes Friday’s) 6 hours a week!
One call away HR advice including basic doc templates (excluding more project type work like handbook reviews etc. these are priced accordingly)
Onsite HR Meetings Management e.g. interviews/hiring assistance/monthly staff reviews/warning meeting’s etc.

PREMIUM MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Price: £1050 per month (subject to VAT)
